Agreed. Me too. It is harder. I am making the effort to challenge particularly my internalized white supremacist beliefs and to challenge particularly the way that white women will subconsciously offer intimacy (ie access to one's power and social status) in response to critique, and in place of true self-reflection and personal development. I am trying to honor my anger and avoid my pattern of allowing white women to walk all over me, disrespect me, and harm me, then turn to women of color for comfort and help.

Change is hard, but necessary.
