As a Women's Center Coordinator whose group of interns, four of whom are POC, five of whom identify as queer, are currently working for change in a Women's Studies Department, I'm not sure where you're getting your facts.
Feminism isn't "working"?
Feminism is an idea, a goal, a galvanizing force, a set of principles. Feminism is also only one tool of many. Making a statement like this both undermines and renders invisible the excellent work that women of color are doing in the movement.
It would be great if you'd poll the many women of color who teach in women's studies departments or work for feminist goals every day whether feminism is "working" before you spout out of your ass.
