… and otherwise, spend their lives suppressing their feelings, or worse yet, normalizing the trauma. To shine a light in dark places, or to speak the truth about the impact of trauma could only look crazy to those who aren't there yet, but it is in fact, an incredibly courageous act; and very bad-ass to boot!
