Because A) we already know the list of reasons why girls are going through puberty earlier, we just don't know which causes in which percentages, which isn't actually that interesting of a question to research; 2) Because that has nothing to do with the sexualization of young girls, which is a major sociological problem that endangers people's lives, which we already know.

The problem isn't a lack of research. We know what's wrong.
