Dude. SURGEONS COULD BE TRAINED TO OPERATE ON FAT PEOPLE. Those same friends you mention would still be recommended for bariatric surgery, which is much more dangerous than the surgeries you mentioned. Surgeons are simply not trained to operate on anybody over 250 pounds, and most surgeons' tools and tables are not equipped. That is not the fault of obesity or of fat people.

Additionally, perhaps you should read the information detailing how exercise is not an effective method for most people to lose weight before "weeping" over those "poor fat people." My god.
