I actually think it’s always a bad idea. I think rapists don’t feel real remorse for years if ever and it’s usually more about themselves than the victim. I think if men aren’t going to make reparations then they need to deal with their shit separately and leave their victims alone. And men need to learn to process emotions without manipulating women into being their support for it.

And women need to learn not to rely on men for validation.
