I agree. Men in particular won’t invest if they don’t see you as worth it. They won’t try to understand, they won’t be sorry if they hurt you, they won’t bother with accountability. The only way to win this game is to leave.
Also, though—men who keep “options” are men for whom every woman is an option, not a partner. This man is not ready for commitment.
