I agree with nearly all of this. Women should take care of ourselves first!

But. It is not our job to take care of the men in our lives or their emotions. It is their job to take care of their own emotions. It is their job to learn emotional regulation. It is their job to understand themselves. Not our job to help.

That’s labor too. And it ain’t ours to do.
