I agree with you that Goldberg's words probably do not reflect an underlying antisemitic orientation. That is, there's no reason to assume that she believes the destruction of the Jewish people was a good thing.
However, I see some assumptions in her language that are present in your response as well.
1. Jews are not all white/European.
Ashkenazi Jews are those with European ancestry. Sephardic Jews and Mizrahi Jews are POC.
2. We have significant physical differences within Ashkenazi Jewry.
For example, my mother, of Eastern and Western European descent, has dark skin and hair and is typically read as a woman of color by white people. That is likely because people, as we know, do not tend to keep to their tiny groups. Black people lived in Europe alongside Jews, and at some point, some of y'all loved some of us, and people like my mom are the result. They look the part.
3. White supremacist groups don't think we're white.
Whether Jews are white is a long-standing debate. Unlike the Irish, who were largely dismissed in racist terms because of their class status, Jews have basically always suffered from a distinct and lesser political status within European nations.
That's been true in the U.S. as well, where many suburbs, country clubs, and other bastions of middle class success and assimilation banned Jews just about as long as they legally could.
Race isn't just about skin color, as we know.
