I do keep choosing narcissistic men. At least, I have several times. But I don’t think it’s a me problem. My community of origin was rife with them because it’s thousands of years of telling men they’re the center of the universe.
My problem is not asserting my boundaries to prevent these men from pursuing me and invading my boundaries to the point where I launch in to “fawn” response and convince myself I’m into them to try to appease them and make myself feel safe.
