I don’t care what adults do. But there’s a reason why consent requires some degree of forethought. She doesn’t know the guy. He might be drunk or high and therefore unable to consent. He might be mentally ill or mentally challenged.
All those situations could also end really badly for her, if he decided to sue.
Consent protects both people.
