I don’t see this as an introvert/extrovert question so much as a nonstop employer quest for a particular kind of unicorn employer who will spin their shit into gold.
Every human needs some solitude, security, financial well-being, sleep.
It’s a very rare type of person, if anyone at all, who thrives under that kind of intense pressure and scrutiny.
