I feel like this is just so telling. Our society jokes about how marriage is such a pain for men, but in reality, it has nothing but benefits for men. Meanwhile women are suffering in silence, until eventually we've had enough and we leave.

Men fully recognize that marriage sucks for women, they just don't care enough to actually change their behavior.

I'm so over women being told that we need to be more assertive. Men don't value us or listen to us. The fact that they know perfectly well that these relationships are inequitable but choose to maintain the inequality proves that.

It's time for men to change.
