I had to quit my last job because of chronic illness caused by trauma and global warming. Many others are in that position due to Covid, as you said. Companies meanwhile have not adequately shifted to protect employees from the spread of Covid, let alone develop remote positions. The workforce faces a crisis and it’s not our fault at all.
