I have literally never met a single man who was interested in understanding my pleasure, without immediately expecting I would “meet their needs” in return. If giving them pleasure made me feel disgust, pain, unhappiness—they typically didn’t care. Penetration has been consistently very painful. They didn’t seem very concerned with whether it was painful or not.
