I live in Oregon and have found ONE very good sushi place near me.
It is also by far the most expensive. Special rolls run $15 and up, regular rolls about $12, and a few choices at $10.
Two pieces of tuna nigiri are $7.
The sushi was indeed excellent. It was plentiful and it lasted several days in the fridge.
The tempura was 3 shrimp and 4 vegetables for $12.
I’ll do what I have to do and my stomach has been so iffy that anything I find that I can actually eat, I will.
However, yeah. $14 for a dragon roll and $9 for potstickers is a new ball game.
