I mean, I’m in a unique position in this world. When I had nowhere to go, it was evangelical Christians who put a roof over my head. On the other hand, it’s (white) queer radicals who have kicked me out, twice, and bullied and harassed me. Oppression exists in every community and in every heart. But it’s the people who believe they are superior or the most oppressed or that they exist in some separate sphere that do the most damage.
