I once formally reported my supervisor to HR for her inappropriate (handsy) behavior towards me and inappropriate (alternately shouty and totally neglectful) behavior towards my interns.

HR retaliated against me by insisting on meeting with me to discuss MY flaws.

Which were:

1) I once, ONE TIME, yelled at an ADULT workman who interrupted an event scheduled a week in advance, and then refused to stop after I politely asked him to.

2) During the back-and-forth with HR to set up that particular meeting, I sometimes used a tone that HR found abrasive.

LITERALLY THAT WAS THE ENTIRETY OF THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

Spoiler alert: I no longer work at that company. Creeptastic boss does.
