I think I was in middle school when I first noticed the girls all lived by different rules. The most popular girl in class was getting bullied one day by the in crowd for having one webbed toe.
I was just like, if the gorgeous blonde rich girl with a perfect body isn’t good enough because of this tiny genetic accident, what hope do the rest of us have of ever achieving “good enough”?
Or safety from abuse?
