I think maybe this is why I feel so different from lots of the women I know, and why guys are always surprised by how assertive I am. I’m not trying to “get one.” I don’t care what guys think of me. I only have today, and I want to enjoy it. Not obsess about men who have never assumed they should have to obsess about how to find me.
