I think that’s a good point. Restorative Justice would be more humane. We all know there are worse nurses. These people just put some stupid ideas online. But the act of putting content online demonstrates a lack of understanding of the importance of confidentiality, which is a big part of their job.
I agree that the hospital’s response was about PR. But all of us are supposed to represent our jobs well at work.
