I thought about that too. But that's why I chose the cover image that I did. You can see that even if she's wearing like a skin tone bodysuit, the artist has still taken great pains to show the outline of her breasts. In this image, her breasts are highlighted even though she's supposedly lying injured.

And remember: this is a Saturday morning cartoon. Ostensibly aimed at small children.
