I totally do that thing where I try to teach people how to love me or how to treat me well. By treating them well. But they never get the point because to them, the point is what they can get away with doing to me. They want to hurt me if they can because they don’t have the internal ethics and standards against hurting people that I have.
Which already means they’re not good enough for me.
