I understand but then it’s on you to communicate that you really care and you want to make plans and then to pitch an alternative hangout.
This person didn’t actually want to hang out again.
IMO white women or anyone with lots of social status get used to being at the top of the social hierarchy and not having to rebuild connections once they’re lost because there will always be more.
