I will additionally point out that, according to many public arguments at present, being pretty and being healthy are literally the same thing. In fact, being "pretty" historically has literally been equated to being healthy--and healthy has been equated to being white.

There is tremendous work being done on the intersections of fat politics, anti racist work, and disability justice.
