Also, again--it is possible for a black woman to mess up. It is possible for a white woman to criticize a black woman for her professional mistakes. It is possible for a white woman to criticize a black woman but still have respect for her work, which I have expressed in other ways in other places. You're going to burn through the term "coded" if you keep throwing it around that way.
