I'm not really enjoying the tone here. You begin the essay by saying that your ex-wife couldn't forgive or change, but then you make it clear throughout that you're still harboring a lot of rage. It's also evident that she had a tremendous amount of trauma that you never bothered to try to understand and still don't. I'm glad for her that she made it out of this marriage and chose better.
