It definitely cuts both ways. When I interview with an older woman or a woman who seems a little threatened, being pretty is suddenly a flaw. The rest of the time, being pretty is a plus,regardless whether I want it or not.

Being pretty enough to be drafted in some guy’s fantasy is a whole lot less fulfilling than guys would like to believe.
