It just feels like I’m standing all alone. My entire culture of origin, Judaism, tells men to be narcissists and women to be empaths with poor boundaries.
When they abuse me spiritually or emotionally, it’s considered fine, but when I try to act to defend myself, or just try to act at all, that’s considered a punishable behavior.
