I’ve worked with people who had actual anger problems. I’ve worked with people who were utterly incompetent. I’ve worked with people who were bitchy and terrible and willing to blame their shit on whoever was convenient. Most of these people were never called out on it.

But you know what did happen? My bosses were certain that the problem was caused by the most marginalized person in the room, usually a Black woman.

Heaven forbid the rest of us act like skinny blonde women do every day of their lives.
