Jewish men are raised from birth to see themselves as the center of the universe. They blame their bad behavior on “trauma” and assume women only exist to make it all better for them. They get cruel and repulsively resentful when called out or even required to deal with others’ emotions and needs. I need a break, stronger boundaries, and a way out of the role my community has cast me in because I am disgusted with it.
