My thinking is as a survivor and a racial justice advocate I should speak out and elevate the rights of WOC workers, you know?
Because I agree with you-these accounts sound consistent with survivors stories of trauma to me.
The things they’re saying. No one tells stories about peeing their pants onstage during a 12 hour rehearsal and being forced to wear a see-through leotard.
No one tells stories that humiliate them.
Why would they?
People don’t make up stories like that.
