Not really. Most men have at some point hit on a woman they suspected wasn’t interested, or joked about a woman’s weight or promiscuity, or watched child porn or heavily violent porn, or mocked a rape victim, or made a rape joke, etc

Rape culture is not just about the act of rape. It’s about the before and after.
