Oh, I have known plenty of men like this. But that doesn’t mean that women should go ahead and take this advice. I was socialized you be a codependent nice girl who couldn’t handle a career or an adult decision, but I’ve managed to overcome it. I don’t care what men were raised to believe. Adulting is hard, but managing your emotions and learning to have a conversation about conflict is part of that.

We deserve better from men.
