People don’t understand what accommodations are reasonable until we ask. It’s a learning process. I’ve asked for things that seemed objectively reasonable, like being told my work schedule at the beginning of every workday and having time to discuss it with work team so I could plan my medication and lunches around my medical needs. The job treated this like a ridiculous and entitled request.?
