Realizing more and more how horrendously abusive my parents were. Set me up to be treated like trash later on and to have no boundaries. Now that I have boundaries, I feel like men respect me and women resent me, which is interesting. Men don’t quite chart me as a woman though, even if I think I’m passing as not nonbinary. To them, women are not powerful.
I think being protected from abuse actually means learning to not identify with feminine conditioning as well.
