Thanks. Really appreciate the resource recommendation. I found a retreat for survivors called Saprea that I’m going to try to get to as well. It’s hard as an autistic survivor with chronic illness symptoms and chronic pain. There’s definitely a model for what a good survivor is and I’m not it.
