Sexual assault by legal definition? Depends how far he goes when you're saying no. However, if he's your boyfriend, presumably he knows damn well you're serious when you're saying no. The fact that he's doing it anyway demonstrates he's not interested in respecting your boundaries. That shows disrespect for you and for all women.
