The idea that narcissists are "bleeding all over everyone else" draws no distinction between bleeding on other people, as opposed to taking out a knife and wounding them.

If someone were physically bleeding on you, you'd help them, no?

If someone were to take out a knife and threaten you with it, you'd protect yourself.

So why don't you distinguish between the two when it comes to emotional wounds?

If you helped someone when they bled on you, they wouldn't go on to use a knife next time to try to get help.
