The problem is, when women don’t act like this, there is tremendous professional punishment. I lost my last job in part because I reported the COO for *checks notes* totally unprofessional behavior that genuinely was inappropriate-and then he lied about it.
But he’s a white cis man, so everyone who worked there just shrugged and decided his behavior was acceptable.
