This has really made me think.

Maybe it's the situations I'm in as a grad student, but I encounter soooo many men who are late 20s/early 30s and whose life goals seem to be, like...????? Like it's not clear how they're surviving, but it probably has something to do with the women they're constantly wheedling at "helping them out."

It's important to be aware of social trends like this.
