This kind of narcissistic and
self-indulgent behavior from men is very common in my ethnic culture. Jewish men feel down on themselves because society tells them they’re inferior and their masculinity is flawed. They tend to be depressed, often neurodivergent but don’t know it, and have a lot of untreated relational trauma. Meanwhile Jewish women have learned to overfunction because someone has to do all the things. So women indulge selfish and irrational behavior from men and men keep thinking nothing is wrong and ignoring anyone who says otherwise.
