This reminds me of 500 Days of Summer, and the idea that both people have to agree on a relationship ending. Both people do not have to agree. Autonomy is important.

That said, I have noticed that I hold on too hard to relationships when I feel wronged and am looking for revenge.

I’ve found that a much better way to get better after the end of a relationship is to actually get revenge lol
