From lack of mentorship to financial aid office “mistakes” to obfuscated paths to success to difficulty securing recommendations for job opportunities to imaginary conflicts manufactured to justify racist hostility..being a member of an oppressed minority is a whole different experience. And being in the upper economic echelons doesn’t change that.
