Whoa. I think talking about ghosting or cutting people off is reasonable, but I think if your kid cuts you off, there's almost certainly a good reason. I've cut off my parents before because they were horribly abusive. Most people have good reason to not want their parents in their lives, given that there's so much social and emotional pressure not to do that.
