Why do men think we get off on being harassed or violently hit on in violating ways by strangers?

There’s nothing exciting, pleasant, or flattering about a strange man saying ‘he’d hit that’ while looking at me. And I don’t need men yelling sexually inappropriate comments at me to understand my worth as a woman.
