Women are treated like we’re crazy so often it kills us. On top of that, medical students are not taught to be aware of their own biases and adjust accordingly.

Apparently teaching doctors how to provide fair and equitable treatment is no one’s problem.

And apparently being able to deliver that treatment is not a necessity for a good doctor.

As though any woman needed a reminder.
