You're not supposed to know your rights as a patient. I was groped by a tech performing an echo recently--stuck his hand directly on my breast without warning or asking for consent, after I told him I have sexual trauma and he needed to ask before touching me.

I wrote an article about it and complained to the hospital. No admission of wrongdoing.

I reviewed my medical chart yesterday in advance of an appointment. It listed several incorrect diagnoses. "Mental health issues", when I have PTSD. "Pain with intercourse"--why on earth would that be listed on my chart?

One of my autoimmune diagnoses was left off my chart entirely. "Inattention" was listed on my chart," in place of ADHD, my actual dx.

I'm beginning to think we should just rely on alternative health treatments and avoid all this bull.
